The captain was excellent and well-informed. Despite a slow day of fishing, he made every effort to locate fish for us. The boat and equipment are top-notch, and the music was enjoyable! I highly recommend this experience and plan to return next year!

My first redfish, and it was over the length limit so we had to release it....but that's a good thing! And, Ryan put me on them fairly quickly in the trip. He knew where to find them and at what times/following the tide. Hooked!

Reel Obsession is an excellent fishing charter. The captain worked diligently to position us where the fish were, despite a slow bite. Thanks to his efforts, we landed three nice, big red fish.

Our day with Ryan was absolutely amazing!! He completely saved our weekend after our last-minute cancelled trip, accommodating us with such generosity. Captain Ryan's experience and knowledge were truly remarkable. He patiently taught our teenager numerous fishing techniques, from rig preparation to handling bites, and encouraged our kids to actively participate throughout the trip. Our 11-year-old even discovered a newfound joy in preparing bait fish! Despite the challenges, we managed to catch several redfish, thanks to Captain Ryan's exceptional ability to locate fish schools. We were thoroughly impressed! Additionally, he generously allowed our younger children some time to hunt for shark teeth on a nearby island. Captain Ryan didn't stop there; he also shared invaluable tips on cooking redfish and provided insights for fishing in our local river. His genuine passion for fishing shone through during our entire family outing. I highly recommend his fishing trips, and we eagerly anticipate our next adventure on the water with him!
